Three ingredient granola, could it be?! Grocery store granolas are usually packed with extra stuff, including refined oils and sugars. Stripping it down to the good things, I combined peanut butter, maple syrup, and of course, oats. That’s it! Really! Not only is it simply delicious, but it’s also a cheaper compared to the alternative option. Make a double batch and you’ll be set for the week. Recently for breakfast I’ve been enjoying it with So Delicious Coconut Yogurt, fruit, nuts and seeds. 10/10 I highly recommend :)
PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA (VEGAN/GF)
Yield: 2 cups
Time: 25 minutes
2 cups (gf) rolled oats
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Then in a large bowl combine oats and wet ingredients. Mix until oats are thoroughly covered. Transfer oats to the baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 10 minutes and then flip the granola. Baking for another 8-12 minutes until slightly golden brown.
